These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlexFlow mobile application and associated services ("FlexFlow", "the Service") provided by FLEXFLOWAPP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 17231510).
By creating a FlexFlow account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use FlexFlow.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes. Your continued use of FlexFlow after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

All figures produced by FlexFlow are estimates based on the information you provide and HMRC's published rates. Tax law is complex and individual circumstances vary. You should always consult a qualified accountant or tax adviser before making financial decisions.
FlexFlow connects to your bank account using open banking technology provided by TrueLayer Limited, an authorised Payment Institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 793265).
By connecting your bank account, you:
Under UK Open Banking regulations, you will be required to re-authenticate your bank connection every 90 days. FlexFlow will notify you when re-authentication is required.
You can disconnect your bank account at any time within the FlexFlow app. Disconnecting your bank account will stop FlexFlow from accessing new transaction data but will not delete your existing confirmed transaction records.
In accordance with the Payment Services Regulations 2017, you have the right to withdraw your consent for FlexFlow to access your bank account data at any time and without penalty. To withdraw consent, disconnect your bank account within the app or contact us at jamie@flexflowapp.co.uk. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
New FlexFlow accounts receive a one month free trial with full access to all features. No payment details are required to start your free trial.
All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices may change with reasonable notice — we will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment details, you authorise FlexFlow to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time within the app or by contacting us at jamie@flexflowapp.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
When your subscription ends, your account will revert to a read-only state. You will retain access to view your existing data but will not be able to confirm new transactions or update your financial information until you resubscribe.

All tax calculations, income figures, post-tax earnings figures, and runway calculations produced by FlexFlow are estimates only. They are based on the transaction data you confirm and HMRC's published tax rates for the current tax year.

FlexFlow accepts no liability for any financial decisions made in reliance on the figures it produces. You should always verify your tax position with a qualified accountant or by consulting HMRC directly.

FlexFlow and all content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by FLEXFLOWAPP LTD and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The FlexFlow name and logo are registered trademarks of FLEXFLOWAPP LTD (UK Trademark No. UK00004390072). You may not use the FlexFlow name, logo, or any other FlexFlow branding without our prior written consent.
Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of the transaction data, financial records, or any other personal data you provide to FlexFlow.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to receive digital services that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
We may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if:
You may terminate your account at any time using the "Delete Account" feature in the FlexFlow app. On termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you have a complaint about FlexFlow, please contact us in the first instance:
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 35 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (for complaints relating to our open banking services) or the ICO (for data protection complaints).
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
